Complications of Cigarette Smoking


Smoking affects every part of the body. It results in many diseases. It reduces the quality of life and also lowers a person’s life expectancy.

Smoking has a disturbing effect on the smoker and their family and friends. And still each day nearly over 7000 children under 18 years of age start smoking; of which nearly 90% turn addicts.

Several individuals carry on to smoke knowing these dangerous conditions, since they believe that smoking has advantages like stress relief. When smokers quit at a young age, it is a big benefit since they are preparing their bodies for faster recovery.

Smoking is also considered to be particularly damaging for women. It not only causes various health problems among women but also affects their physical appearances, by causing premature wrinkles. It is remarkably dangerous for pregnant women as they are number one causes of miscarriages.
Hence, in order to live a healthy and happy life, it is sensible to quit smoking cigarettes, forever.
