Cigarette smoke contains thousands of different chemical compounds and most of which are toxic. It's tough and difficult for smokers who are addicted to cigarette to quit cigarette smoking. The main cause is the substance in the cigarettes which is the deadly nicotine which makes it addictive. Nicotine makes smoker crave for more and the withdrawal symptoms in nicotine addiction is so strong that it makes it difficult for people to quit smoking. Some of the withdrawal symptoms are insomnia, mental confusion, depression and anxiety.
