How Smoking causes tiredness

Smoking harms every organ of the body and causes many diseases which reduce the life span of a smokerSmoking is not good for the health and has a devastating effect on the individual and their family and friends. Because of the nicotine, people get addicted it. Nicotine is bad for the lungs and this can lead to lung cancer.  Besides lung cancer and other diseases, it causes tiredness to many people.  The amount of oxygen in the lungs and in the bloodstream becomes less when a person smokes.  Oxygen is very important as all parts of the body need oxygen to function and decrease in oxygen leads to tiredness as the body parts cannot function at their best with less oxygen.

Cigarette smoking weakens the blood vessels in the body as a result of which it becomes more difficult for the blood to circulate around the body. The blood carries nutrients and oxygen and disrupted blood flow can lead to exhaustion because the body organs cannot get the nutrients they require. Smoking also leads to Heart disease or decrease in heart rate and when the heart does not function well less blood is pumped around the body.  It reduces the quality and enjoyment of life.

Smoking reduces the quality and enjoyment of life and the best way to overcome tiredness caused by smoking is to quit smoking. It may not be easy initially but if you have the willpower and determination you can do it.  You can try the herbal anti smoking pills which are becoming popular today.
