Smoking has many negative health effects and if you find the
right way to quit smoking, it is not difficult to quit this smoking habit. Most of the part of your body from hair to
feet, smoking causes damage to your body. People smoke because they become
addictive and giddiness, cough, burning of eyes and throat are the early signs
of the side effects of smoking and the risk increases if you are suffering from
