Smoking is bad for health and the amount you spend on
cigarettes and the various medications that you have to pay for should make the
smokers realize that they should quit smoking.
There are natural ways to stop smoking and you have to help yourself and

feel the urge to smoke try to delay it for as long as you can as this will help
