Smoking and its harmful effects

Cigarette smoking is addictive because they contain nicotine which is easily absorbed into the blood through the lungs. From there, nicotine quickly spreads throughout the body. People who smoke normally do to distract them from unpleasant feelings and nicotine helps them to get that feeling and hence they want to smoke more. Tobacco smoke contains many chemicals that are harmful to both smokers and nonsmokers.

Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung diseases, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other diseases like tuberculosis, certain eye diseases, and problems of the immune system and rheumatoid arthritis. Smoking is the main cause of premature, preventable deaths like cancer, heart disease and stroke and lung disease. Death rates for smokers are much higher than people who never smoke.  It is therefore important to quit smoking to reduce the risk of cancer and many other illnesses.  Lead a healthy smoke free life by taking an effective and safe herbal supplement which will help you quit smoking without any withdrawal symptoms – www.niconot.com
